Family Therapy at FBHN
Most of the time, the challenges that bring people to therapy are not isolated to one individual. That’s why at Family Behavioral Health Network we embrace a systems-based and solutions-focused approach to care. We frequently include families in the therapy process to help our clients find the best possible paths toward healing.
Family Therapy can look different for everybody and we aim to tailor your experience in family therapy sessions to your specific needs in the treatment plan that you will help us create during your first sessions.
In addition to traditional family therapy, we also offer Parent–Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), a structured and evidence-based model that strengthens the bond between parent and child while building positive behaviors and reducing stress at home. Parents are coached in real time with practical tools and strategies that they can use both in and outside of sessions.
We also provide parent coaching to support caregivers in navigating everyday challenges—from setting boundaries and managing conflict, to fostering healthy communication and resilience in their children. These services empower parents with skills that create lasting change and help families thrive together.
